For over 12 years, Michelle has continuously worked to improve our firm’s efficiency and client service, first as a paralegal and now as our Director of Legal Services. With twenty years of Intellectual Property prosecution experience, Michelle is VHPM’s go-to person for developing and implementing firm-wide best practices through effective, efficient, and appropriate management of business functions and staff personnel.   She coordinates daily operations and is an integral part of the management team.   Michelle is peaceful at heart but has been known to use force when needed as she packs a punch, literally. She spends her free time kicking and punching bags and raising her two daughters.
